Natural source of the glutathione precursor cysteine for the maintenance of a strong immune system. Source of protein which helps build and repair body tissues and build antibodies. Source of essential amino acids (i.e. histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine) for the maintenance of good health. For adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older only: Helps increase muscle strength and performance (when combined with regular exercise). Workout supplement/athletic support.
