Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to MSG (monosodium glutamate), cow's milk or inulin. Copper: Do not use if you have a copper storage or metabolism disorder, such as Wilson's disease.

Discontinue use if you experience nausea, vomiting, headache, fatigue, flatulence, bloating, gastrointestinal cramps, loss of motor coordination or increased stool frequency.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any perscription medication including Clozapine or other antipsychotics, antidiabetic medications or lavodopa. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have neurological and psychiatric diseases, are an alcoholic, have Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), or branched-chain amino acid ketoaciduria. For therapeutic use only. Calcium: Avoid using 2 hours prior to or until 4 hours after taking other medications. Zinc: Take with food. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking Tetracyclines. Niacin: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have impaired liver function. Discontinue use if you experience prolonged flushing, burning, tingling or itching sensations on the face, arms or chest. B6: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking levodopa.
