Super Supplemental, Iron-Free is a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement used as a factor in the maintenance of good health. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. Phosphorus and vitamin A help in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Pantothenic acid, biotin, manganese, niacinamide, riboflavin and zinc help the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Magnesium and vitamin B6 help in tissue formation while folate, vitamin B12 and copper help to form red blood cells. Super Supplemental, Iron-Free also contains vitamin C, selenium and vitamin E as antioxidants for the maintenance of good health and thiamine which helps normal growth.
