Ginkgo biloba has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to calm wheezing while also invigorating the blood to stop pain. Ziziphus jujube is used in traditional Chinese Medicine to tonify the spleen and stomach and benefit the Qi. It also has an astringent quality to tonify the blood and treat disorders characterized by blood deficiencies. Ganoderma lucidum is traditionally used in Chinese Medicine to replenish qi and ease the mind.
