Les recommandations d'emploi ne doivent pas conduire à une ingestion quotidienne d'EGCG supérieure à 300 mg. L'étiquetage doit comporter des avertissements déconseillant leur prise en dehors des repas, ainsi que leur consommation par les enfants, les adolescents, les femmes enceintes ou allaitantes.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. If taking other medications, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. For adult use only. If you have diabetes, consult a health care practitioner before use. Hypersensitivity/allergy may occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you experience symptoms of hypoglycaemia including feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea or headache, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you have a liver disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. If you have an iron deficiency, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Inform your healthcare practitioner that you are taking this product, as it provides biotin in amounts which may interfere with laboratory tests.
