Panax ginseng is used in Herbal Medicine as supportive therapy for the promotion of healthy glucose levels, helps support cognitive function and/or reduce mental fatigue in cases of mental stress, helps enhance physical capacity/performance in cases of physical stress. Maca helps to support emotional aspects of sexual health. Black pepper is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to improve digestion and as an antiparasitic. Tribulus is traditionally used in Ayurveda as Mutrala (diuretic), Vrsya (aphrodisiac) for men, relief of Mutrakrcchra (difficult/painful urination) and relieve Arsa (haemorrhoids).

Diuretic effect may occur.
