Helps to reduce the risk of antibiotic associated diarrhea (in adolescents from 13 to 18 years of age). Reduces the duration of acute infectious diarrhea in adolescents & adults, 13 years and older. Helps to reduce the incidence of Antibiotic Associated Diarrhea in adolescents aged 13-16 years old, who are undergoing antibiotic therapy for Helicobacter pylori gastrointestinal infections. An adjunct to physician-supervised therapy in patients with Helicobacter pylori infections. For the maintenance of a balanced vaginal flora by pregnant women who have undergone a caesarean section and undergoing post-operative antibiotic therapy. Helps maintain a healthy microflora in adults and pregnant women who are undergoing antibiotic therapy. Source of mineral, a factor in the maintenance of good health. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use if you have immuno-compromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). If you have a soy allergy, do not use this product. Keep out of reach of children.
