Fenugreek extract helps support testosterone levels. Oatgrass, green coffee bean extract, and green tea extract are sources of antioxidants. Oatgrass provides antioxidants that help fight against oxidative damage caused by free radicals. Caffeine helps to relieve fatigue, to promote endurance and to enhance motor performance when used occasionally. Workout supplement. Athletic support. Caffeine helps to temporarily promote alertness and wakefulness, and to enhance cognitive performance when used occasionally. Caffeine helps to temporarily increase basal metabolic rate/thermogenesis.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking lithium, or medication for hypertension. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté) or natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Consult a health care practitioner if you are of childbearing age or attempting to conceive. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. If you have a liver disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. If you have an iron deficiency, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Consult a health care practitioner if you have benign prostate hypertrophy and/or prostate cancer.
- Effets indésirables connus
May cause nausea, stomach discomfort, diarrhea, dizziness, or hypersensitivity/allergy, in which case discontinue use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Discontinue use if you experience joint pain or hot flashes.
