Consult a health care professional if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), if symptoms persist or worsen, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or if you have depression and/or related diseases. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Discontinue use if you develop a sensitivity to the formula. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing. Store below 30 degrees Celsius.
