本品にはテアニンと米由来グルコシルセラミドが含まれます。テアニンには、眠りの質を高めること（起床時の疲労感や眠気を軽減）と、一過性作業にともなうストレスをやわらげることが報告されています。また、米由来グルコシルセラミドには、肌のバリア機能（保湿力）を高めることが報告されています。眠りの質（朝起きたときの疲労感や眠気）が気になる方や、肌の乾燥が気になる方に適した食品です。

・高血圧治療薬または興奮剤を服用している場合は、本品の摂取をお控えください。 ・原材料をご参照のうえ、アレルギーのある方は使用をお控えください。 ・小児の手の届かないところに保管してください。 ・乾燥剤が入っています。お召し上がりにならないでください。 （1日分の包装には乾燥剤は入っていないため省略） ・1日の摂取目安量を守ってください。
