●一度に多量に摂りすぎると、おなかがゆるくなることがあります。1日の摂取量を守ってください。 ●粉末は決して直接口に入れず、冷水にまぜてお召し上がりください。粉末がのどに詰まることがあります。 ●本品に黒や茶色の粒子がまざっていますが、サイリウム（オオバコ）の種皮ですので、安心してお召し上がりください。 ●食生活のバランスを考え、他の食品も合わせて上手にご利用ください。 ●サイリウムに直接触れる業務（調合、製造等）にたずさわる人が、本製品を摂取した場合に、ごくまれに皮膚にかゆみ、発疹の過敏反応を引き起こす可能性があります。 ●個包装開封後はなるべく早めにお召し上がりください。
