本品は、大麦若葉由来食物繊維を含み、便通を改善する機能があり、便秘気味な方に適した食品です。

Precautions (original Japanese text)

水又はぬるま湯に混ぜる場合、しばらく静置すると粉末が底の沈むことがあります。この場合は再度よくかき混ぜてから摂取してください。本品を一度に多量に摂取した場合あるいは体質・体調により、お腹がはったり、ゆるくなったりすることがあります。また、食物繊維を多く含む食品であるため、過敏性腸症候群や炎症性腸疾患等を持つ方は、かかりつけの医師にご相談の上、摂取してください。本品を多く摂取することにより、疾病が治癒したり、より健康が増進するものではありません。他の食品からの摂取量を考えて適量を摂取してください。本品は、ビタミンＫを多く含む食品であるため、医師からビタミンＫの摂取について注意するよう言われている方は、かかりつけの医師にご相談の上、摂取してください。
