本品にはスルフォラファングルコシノレートが含まれます。スルフォラファングルコシノレートを20mg/日摂取すると肌の乾燥が気になる方の肌の水分量を高める機能、スルフォラファングルコシノレートを24mg/日摂取すると、健康な中高年世代の方の健常域でやや高めの血中肝機能酵素（ALT）値を低下させる機能が報告されています。肌のうるおいを保ちたい方、肝機能酵素(ALT)値が高めの方におすすめです。
