（煮出し）やかんに水500mlとティーパック1包入れ沸騰後５分間中火で煮出してお召し上がりください。（急須）急須にティーパックを入れお湯500ｍｌを注ぎ、お湯によくなじませてからお召し上がりください。（水出し）容器に水500mlとティーパック１包を入れ、冷蔵庫で２時間程度冷やしてお召し上がりください。
