本品にはモノグルコシルヘスペリジン、オリーブ由来ヒドロキシチロソールが含まれます。モノグルコシルヘスペリジンは血圧が高めの方の血圧を下げる機能があることが報告されています。また、オリーブ由来ヒドロキシチロソールは抗酸化作用を持ち、血中のLDL-コレステロール（悪玉コレステロール）が酸化され酸化LDL-コレステロールになることを抑制させることが報告されています。
