予め加熱済みのため、表面を加熱してお召し上がりください。 （調理例） 100gまたは20gの本品に調味料等でお好みの味付けをされ、予めサラダ油を垂らしておいたフライパンで中火（IHヒーターであれば10段階調節の５～７）にて約１分～２分間表面をさっと加熱、電子レンジでは600ワットで１分～1分３０秒加熱し、お召し上がりください。
