①温めたカップに沸騰したての熱湯を注ぎ、ティーバッグを入れます。 ＊1杯分の湯量は150ml。ティーバッグは１個で1杯が基本です。 ②受け皿などでフタをし、1分半蒸らします。 ＊フタをすると香りを逃がさずしっかり蒸らすことができます。 ③ティーバッグを上下に5回程度振って取り出します。 ＊強く振りすぎたり、スプーンで押しつぶしたりすると渋みがきつくなるのでご注意ください。
