本品にはサケ鼻軟骨由来プロテオグリカン・サケ鼻軟骨由来非変性Ⅱ型コラーゲンが含まれます。サケ鼻軟骨由来プロテオグリカン・サケ鼻軟骨由来非変性Ⅱ型コラーゲンには、ひざ関節に違和感のある健常な中高年の立ち上がる・長く歩く・階段の昇り降りや正座などのひざの曲げ伸ばしの改善をサポートする機能が報告されています。本品にはブラックジンジャー由来ポリメトキシフラボンが含まれます。ブラックジンジャー由来ポリメトキシフラボンには、年齢とともに衰える足の筋力に作用することにより、中高年の方の歩く力（歩行能力）を維持することが報告されています。
