本品にはラフマ由来ヒペロシド、ラフマ由来イソクエルシトリン及びGABAが含まれます。ラフマ由来ヒペロシド、ラフマ由来イソクエルシトリンには、睡眠の質（眠りの深さ・起床時の睡眠に対する満足感）の向上に役立つこと、GABAには、一時的に落ち込んだ気分を前向き（積極的な気分、いきいきとした気分、やる気）にする機能がそれぞれ報告されています。また、GABAには、肌の乾燥が気になる方の肌の弾力を維持し、肌の健康をまもることをたすける機能が報告されています。

◆原材料をご確認の上、食物アレルギーのある方はお召し上がりにならないでください。 ◆過剰摂取にならないように一日摂取目安量をお守りください。 ◆GABAは降圧薬との併用により低血圧を起こす可能性があります。降圧薬を服用している方は医師、薬剤師に相談してください。 ◆常に気分が落ち込む、休暇・睡眠をとっても疲労感が抜けない方は、うつ病や慢性疲労症候群等の可能性がありますので、医師の診察をお勧めします。 ◆妊娠・授乳中の方、乳幼児・小児は本品の摂取を避けてください。
