[お湯出しの場合]1袋をカップに入れ、約150mlのお湯を注ぎ、約2分間待って抽出してください。1回1袋、1日3回までを目安に、お食事の際にお召し上がりください。[水出しの場合]3袋をポットに入れ、約450mlの水を注ぎ、約2時間待って抽出してください。1回あたり約150ml、1日3回までを目安に、お食事の際にお召し上がりください。●米飯など炭水化物が気になる食事の際にお飲みいただくのがおすすめです。２～３回分を一度にお召し上がりにならないでください。一日摂取目安量を守ってください。
