煮出し・水出しともにお食事時、1日500mlを目安にお飲みください。(煮出しの場合)水500ml を沸騰させる。 ティーバッグ1 袋入れる。 弱火で5 分程煮出す。 火を止めて10 分位して ティーバッグを取り出してお飲みください。(水出しの場合)水500mlにティーバッグ１袋入れる。 2 時間抽出させる。 ティーバッグを取り出してお飲みください。
