本品にはビルベリー由来アントシアニン、ルテイン・ゼアキサンチンが含まれます。ビルベリー由来アントシアニンはスマートフォンやパソコン等の使用により低下するピント調節力を改善することで眼の疲労感を軽減する機能が報告されています。ルテイン・ゼアキサンチンには眼の黄斑部の色素量を増やし、紫外線やブルーライト光などの光ストレス刺激から眼を保護する機能が報告されています。また、コントラスト感度（ぼやけ・かすみの軽減によりくっきり見る力、色の濃淡を判別する力）を改善する機能があることが報告されています。
