本品には葛の花由来イソフラボン（テクトリゲニン類として）、米由来グルコシルセラミドが含まれます。葛の花由来イソフラボン（テクトリゲニン類として）には、肥満気味な方の、体重やお腹の脂肪（内臓脂肪と皮下脂肪）やウエスト周囲径を減らすのを助ける機能があることが報告されています。米由来グルコシルセラミドには、顔やからだ（頬、くび、背中、足の甲）の肌を乾燥しにくくするのを助け、潤いを守るのに役立つ機能があることが報告されています。肥満気味な方、BMIが高めの方、肥満気味でお腹の脂肪やウエスト周囲径が気になる方や肌が乾燥しがちな方に適した食品です。
