本品には還元型コエンザイムQ10、ブラックジンジャー由来ポリメトキシフラボンが含まれます。細胞のエネルギー産生を助け、酸化ストレスを緩和する働きがある還元型コエンザイムQ10は、日常の生活で生じる一過性の身体的・精神的な疲労感の軽減に役立つことが報告されています。ブラックジンジャー由来ポリメトキシフラボンは、日常活動時のエネルギー代謝において脂肪を消費しやすくする作用により、BMIが高め（BMI23以上30未満）の方の腹部の脂肪を減らす機能が報告されています。又、年齢と共に低下する脚の筋肉に作用することにより、中高年の方の歩く力を維持することが報告されています。
