本品にはGABA、ルテイン、ブラックジンジャー由来ポリメトキシフラボンが含まれます。GABAには睡眠の質（眠りの深さ、すっきりとした目覚め）の改善に役立つ機能、血圧が高めの方の血圧を下げる機能、仕事や勉強に伴う一時的な精神的ストレスや疲労感を緩和する機能、肌の乾燥が気になる方の肌の弾力を維持し、肌の健康を守るのを助ける機能、加齢によって低下する認知機能の一部である、記憶力（見たり聞いたりしたことを思い出す力）を維持する機能があることが報告されています。ルテインには長時間のコンピューター作業などで低下した目のコントラスト感度（ぼやけとかすみを軽減し、くっきりと見る力）を改善する機能が報告されています。ブラックジンジャー由来ポリメトキシフラボンには日常活動時のエネルギー代謝において脂肪を消費しやすくする作用により、BMIが高め（BMI23以上30未満）の方の腹部の脂肪を減らす機能があることが報告されています。
