ＢＭＩが高めの方の体脂肪を減らす機能：茶葉４ｇを急須などに入れ２００ｍｌの熱湯を注ぎます。６０秒後、急須をよく回してからカップなどに注いでください。１日４杯を目安に食事とともにお飲みください。年齢とともに低下する注意力・判断力の精度を高める機能：茶葉１０ｇをポットなどに入れ５００ｍｌの冷水を注ぎます。２時間後、よく混ぜてから茶こしなどでこしてください。１日５００ｍｌを目安にお飲みください。
