本品にはスルフォラファングルコシノレートが含まれます。スルフォラファングルコシノレートを20 mg/日摂取すると肌の乾燥が気になる方の肌の水分量を高める機能、スルフォラファングルコシノレートを24 mg/日摂取すると、健康な中高年世代の方の健常域でやや高めの血中肝機能酵素(ALT)値を低下させる機能が報告されています。（血中ALT値は、肝臓の健康状態を示すマーカーの一つです。）

一日摂取目安量を守り、食べすぎないようご注意ください。 葉が黄色いものがありますが、幼い葉で品質に問題はありません。 茎が紫のものは植物由来の色素によるものです。 本品は、肝機能検査の異常値を改善させるものではないため、異常値を示した場合は医療機関を受診ください。 肝臓で代謝されやすい医薬品を服用している場合は医師、薬剤師に相談してください。
