本品にはブラックジンジャー由来ポリメトキシフラボン、オリーブ由来ヒドロキシチロソール、バナバ葉由来コロソリン酸、GABAが含まれます。ブラックジンジャー由来ポリメトキシフラボンは、BMIが高め（BMI23以上30未満）の方の腹部の脂肪（内臓脂肪と皮下脂肪）を減らす機能があることが報告されています。オリーブ由来ヒドロキシチロソールは抗酸化作用を持ち、血中のLDL-コレステロール（悪玉コレステロール）が酸化され酸化LDL-コレステロールになることを抑制させることが報告されています。バナバ葉由来コロソリン酸は、健常な方の高めの空腹時血糖値を下げる機能が報告されています。GABAには睡眠の質（眠りの深さ）の向上に役立つ機能、すっきりとした目覚めをサポートする機能、血圧が高めの方の血圧を低下させる機能があることが報告されています。
