本品には、有胞子性乳酸菌（Bacillus coagulans SANK70258）、GABA、ガレート型カテキンが含まれます。有胞子性乳酸菌（B. coagulans SANK70258）は生きて腸まで届き、腸内環境を整えることで便通を改善する機能が報告されています。GABAには、①継続的な摂取により、日常生活で生じる一時的に落ち込んだ気分を前向きにする〔活気・活力感（積極的な気分、いきいきとした気分、やる気など）の低下を軽減する〕機能、②肌の乾燥が気になる方の肌の弾力を維持し、肌の健康を守るのを助ける機能、③一時的な疲労感やストレスを感じている方の睡眠の質（眠りの深さ）の向上に役立つ機能、④起床時のすっきりとした目覚めをサポートする機能、⑤デスクワークなどの精神的ストレスがかかる作業によって生じる一時的な疲労感を緩和する機能、⑥血圧が高めの方の血圧を低下させる機能があることが報告されています。茶カテキン（ガレート型カテキン）には、肥満気味の方の、お腹まわりの脂肪（内臓脂肪、皮下脂肪）を低下させ、体重の減少をサポートし、高めのBMIを低下させる機能があることが報告されています。
