本品にはスルフォラファングルコシノレート、ルテオリンが含まれます。スルフォラファングルコシノレートには、健康な中高齢者の健常域でやや高めの血中ALT値を下げることが報告されています（血中ALT値は、肝臓の健康状態を示すマーカーの一つです。）。ルテオリンには尿酸値が高めな方の尿酸値を下げる機能が報告されています。
