本品にはルテイン、ゼアキサンチン、GABA、クロセチンが含まれます。ルテイン、ゼアキサンチンには目の黄斑部の色素量を増やし、紫外線やブルーライト光などの光ストレスから保護し、コントラスト感度（色の濃淡を判別する力）を改善する機能があることが報告されています。GABAには、血圧が高めの方の血圧を低下させる機能、仕事や勉強などによる一時的な精神的ストレスや疲労感を緩和する機能、睡眠の質（深い眠りや目覚めのよさ）の向上に役立つ機能があることが報告されています。クロセチンは、良質な眠りをサポートする（睡眠の質（眠りの深さ）を高め、中途覚醒回数を減らし、眠りをより深くし起床時の眠気や疲労感を和らげる）ことが報告されています。また、目のピント調節をサポートする（パソコン作業などにより生じる目の調節機能の低下を和らげる）ことが報告されています。

■一日の摂取目安量を守り、飲みすぎないようご注意下さい。 ■原材料に食物アレルギーのある方、体調や体質により体に合わない場合はご利用をお控えください。 ■温度や湿度の影響によってカプセルどうしが付着したり、植物由来の成分を使用している為、色調等がバラつく場合がありますが、品質に問題ありません。 ■降圧薬を服用中の方は医師、薬剤師にご相談ください。 ■本品は多量摂取により疾病が治癒したり、より健康は増進するものではありません。 ■開封後はチャックをしっかりと閉めてください。 ■乳幼児の手の届かないところに保管してください。
