本品にはイヌリンが含まれます。イヌリンは、腸内のビフィズス菌を増やし、腸内フローラを良好にすること、また、便秘傾向者において排便回数・排便量を増やし、お腹の調子を整えることが報告されています。 また、イヌリンは食後の血糖値の上昇を緩やかにすることが報告されています。
