本品には、アンセリン、イミダゾールジペプチド、DHA・EPAが含まれます。アンセリンを 50 ㎎/日摂取すると、尿酸値が高めの方（血清尿酸値 5.5～7.0 mg/dL）の尿酸値上昇を抑制する機能が報告されています。イミダゾールジペプチドを 400 ㎎/日摂取すると、起床時の疲労感および運動後の一時的な疲労感を軽減する機能があることが報 告されています。DHA・EPA を603.2mg/日摂取すると、中性脂肪を低減する機能が報告されています。本品を一日摂取目安量（100ｇ）食べることで、機能性が報告されている一日当たりのアンセリン、イミダゾールジペプチドの100%、DHA・EPA の50%を摂取できます。
