本品には、スルフォラファングルコシノレート、オリーブ由来ヒドロキシチロソール、エラグ酸、GABAが含まれます。スルフォラファングルコシノレートを20mg/日摂取すると肌の乾燥が気になる方の肌の水分量を高める機能、スルフォラファングルコシノレートを24mg/日摂取すると健康な中高齢者の健常域でやや高めの血中ALT値(肝臓の健康状態を示すマーカー)を下げる機能があることが報告されています。オリーブ由来ヒドロキシチロソールには、抗酸化作用により血中LDL（悪玉）コレステロールの酸化を抑制させる機能が報告されています。エラグ酸は肥満気味の方の体脂肪、血中中性脂肪、体重、ウエスト周囲径、内臓脂肪の減少をサポートし、高めのBMI値の改善に役立つことが報告されています。GABA には血圧が高めの方の血圧を下げる機能があること、仕事や勉強などによる一時的・精神的なストレスや疲労感を軽減すること、睡眠の質（眠りの深さ、すっきりとした目覚め）を向上する機能があること、肌の乾燥が気になる方の肌の弾力を維持し、肌の健康を守るのを助ける機能があることが報告されています。

本品は多量摂取により疾病が治癒したり、より健康が増進するものではありません。 食物アレルギーのある方は、原材料名をご参照の上お召し上がりにならないでください。 肝臓で代謝されやすい医薬品、高血圧治療薬（降圧薬）や糖尿病治療薬（血糖降下薬）をお飲みの方は、本品の摂取を避けてください。 天然物由来の原料を使用しているため、粒の色やにおいに差が生じることがありますが、品質には問題ありません。
