本品にはスルフォラファングルコシノレート、GABAが含まれます。スルフォラファングルコシノレートには、健康な中高齢者の健常域でやや高めの血中ALT値を下げることが報告されています。（血中ALT値は、肝臓の健康状態を示すマーカーの一つです。）　 GABAには、血圧が高めの方の血圧を低下させる機能があることが報告されています。また、GABAには、仕事や勉強などによる一時的な精神的ストレスや疲労感を緩和する機能があることが報告されています。
