【摂取の方法】～おいしい飲み方～　ホットで飲む場合　小さじ山盛り3杯(20g)　お湯または温めた牛乳（約130ml) ※最初に少量（約20ml）を注ぎ、よくかきまぜてから残りを加えると、よりおいしくお飲みいただけます。 アイスで飲む場合　小さじ山盛り3杯(20g)を少量の熱湯（約20ml)で溶かし、冷たい水または牛乳（約110ml）を注ぎ、よくかきまぜてお飲みください。
