・お湯出し…パック1袋に500mlの熱湯を注ぎ5分間抽出、その後10回混ぜてお飲みください。・水出し…パック1袋に500mlの冷水を注ぎ8時間冷蔵庫で抽出、その後10回混ぜてお飲みください。〈ワンポイント〉GABA成分を余すことなく抽出するためには、パックを引き上げる前に、マドラーやスプーンで、カップや容器内全体をかき混ぜ、パックを引き上げる際にも、パック内に抽出液を残すことがないようにするのがオススメです。・麦茶の香ばしさとギャバの酸味がほのかに感じる商品です。
