【1日1回、2袋お飲みいただく場合】煮出し：水（約1L）に2袋入れ沸騰後、約10分間煮出してお飲みください。／お湯出し：耐熱ボトルに2袋入れ、沸騰したお湯（約1L）を注ぎ約10分間おいてお飲みください。／水出し：冷水ボトルに2袋入れ、水（約1L）を注ぎ冷蔵庫に約8時間おいてお飲みください。【1日2回、1袋ずつお飲みいただく場合】急須・ティーポット：1袋入れ、沸騰したお湯（約400mL）を注ぎ約4分間おいてお飲みください。
