①食事に含まれる鉄・亜鉛・カルシウム・マグネシウムの吸収を促進させたい方：1.3g ②③お腹の調子を整えたい方、骨の成分維持に役立てたい方：1.8g ④骨密度の維持に役立てたい方：2.3g

Method of consumption (original Japanese text)

水や好きなお飲み物に溶かしてお召し上がりください。 本商品は小さじ1で約1.6gになります。 ①食事に含まれる鉄・亜鉛・カルシウム・マグネシウムの吸収を促進させたい方（1日1.3g）は小さじ1よりやや少なめ、②③お腹の調子を整えたい方、骨の成分維持に役立てたい方（1日1.8g）は小さじ1よりやや多め、④骨密度の維持に役立てたい方（1日2.3ｇ）は小さじ1と小さじ1/2を目安としてください。 ※計量の仕方によって数値がぶれることがありますことをご了承ください。
