本品には、葛の花由来イソフラボン（テクトリゲニン類として）、ラフマ由来ヒペロシド、ラフマ由来イソクエルシトリンが含まれます。葛の花由来イソフラボン（テクトリゲニン類として）には、肥満気味な方の、お腹の脂肪（内臓脂肪、皮下脂肪）やウエスト周囲径を減らし、体重が減少するのを助け、高めのBMIが低下するのを助ける機能があることが報告されています。ラフマ由来ヒペロシド、ラフマ由来イソクエルシトリンには、睡眠の質（眠りの深さ・起床時の睡眠に対する満足感）の向上に役立つことが報告されています。
