Déconseillé en cas d'hypertension artérielle, des pathologies cardiaques ou rénales, d'insuffisances ou troubles hépatiques, de reflux gastro-oesophagien, d'ulcères gastro-duodénal, des gastrites, de troubles biliaires ou de l'équilibre hydro-électrolytique, d'allergie au menthol, de prise concomitante avec une autre préparation contenant de la menthe poivrée et chez les femmes enceintes ou allaitantes. Réservé aux adultes. Ne pas consommer en cas de prise simultanée de médicaments diurétiques, anti-hypertenseurs, hétérosides cardiotoniques, corticoïdes, laxatif, stimulant ou pouvant perturber l'équilibre hydro-électrolytique.
