Déconseillé en cas d’insuffisance cardiaque ou rénale œdémateuse. Déconseillé aux enfants de moins de 12 ans, femmes enceintes et allaitantes. La concentration en menthone, isomenthone et pulégone est à surveiller. Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée. Tenir hors de la portée des enfants.
