Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée. Tenir hors de portée des enfants. Ne se substitue pas à un régime alimentaire équilibré et varié et à un mode de vie sain. A conserver de préférence au réfrigérateur l’été. Au-delà de 250 mg, la supplémentation en magnésium, par le biais de sels moins bien assimilables, peut provoquer des effets laxatifs chez certaines personnes.
