Mélangez chaque jour 3g de poudre dans 150ml d'eau pendant 8-12 semaines consécutives. Si vous voulez obtenir un résultat plus rapide, prenez 18g par jour durant les 5 à 7 premiers jours. Après une utilisation continue de 10 à 12 semaines, il est recommandé d'interrompre la prise pendant 4 à 6 semaines. A prendre de préférence après un effort et/ou en association avec un repas, en-cas ou boisson riche en glucide et/ou protéines.
