Déconseillé aux enfants de moins de 12 ans ainsi qu’aux personnes allergiques aux produits de la ruche. Femmes enceintes ou allaitantes : demander l’avis d’un professionnel de santé avant utilisation. Mode d’emploi : prendre une gomme à mâcher, laisser ramollir en bouche avant mastication, un picotement se fait sentir (cela est dû à la propolis) puis mâcher 15 minutes minimum ou jusqu’à dissolution complète.
