Ce complément alimentaire est destiné à des adultes effectuant des exercices réguliers. il contient de la caféine et est donc déconseillé aux enfants et aux femmes enceintes (200 mg par dose journalière). Ce produit est également déconseillé aux femmes allaitantes, aux adolescents, en cas d'insuffisance rénale, respiratoire et hépatique, et de troubles cardiovasculaires. Contient du Panax ginseng, son emploi est déconseillé chez les personnes sous traitement antidiabétique. De fait de sa composition, des picottements peuvent se faire sentir. La poudre de ce produit peut s'agglomérer sans toutefois en dégrader sa qualité. Il est donc recommandé de bien mélanger la poudre lors de la première utilisation.
