- Wir empfehlen den Einsatz dieses Produktes insbesondere bei Trainingseinheiten mit hoher Belastung (>80% der individuellen VO2 Max und über 2,5 Stunden Blastung), damit die zugeführte Energie über Intensität oder Belastungsdauer abgerufen wird. -Drei (3) Dosierlöffel entsprechen 93g des SportBrennstoff WETTKAMPF und sollte in 750ml Wasser aufgelöst auf eine Stunde sportliche Aktivität verwendet werden. Eine erhöhte Dosierung auf bis zu vier (4)Dosierlöffel (124g) ist bei hoher, intensiver und lang andauernder Belastung auf 750ml Wasser pro Stunde möglich. Bitte unbedingt den erhöhten Einsatz in der intensiven Wettkampfvorbereitung trainieren. - Dosierlöffel liegt dem Produkt bei.
