Prendre 3 x 2 capsules par jour, avant les repas et dans le cadre d‘une alimentation pauvre en calories, avec beaucoup d‘eau (1-2 verres de chaque), afin que le glucomannane parvienne à l‘estomac. Ne pas dépasser la dose quotidienne recommandée. Conserver hors de portée des jeunes enfants. Les compléments alimentaires ne remplacent pas une alimentation équilibrée et variée et une mode de vie sain. n cas de difficultés à avaler ou d‘apport insuffisant de liquide, il y a risque d‘étouffement. Ne convient pas aux femmes enceintes et aux mères qui allaitent. Conserver non ouvert, dans un endroit frais et sec. A consommer de préférence avant fin / Numéro de lot: voir ci-dessous.
