Dû à sa forte teneur en tanins, l'Alchémille peut entrainer des constipation à fortes doses. A part cela, elle n'est pas contre-indiquée et ne possède aucune interaction médicamenteuse et peut être utilisée en cas de diarrhée durant la grossesse, mais une forme sans alcool serait à privilégier, nous l'avons donc déconseillé aux femmes enceintes et allaitantes.
