Il est aussi déconseillés aux femmes ayant des antécédents de cancer hormonodépendants comme le cancer du sein. Déconseillé aux hommes en raison de sa forte action œstrogène-like.Peut être prit seulement la seconde partie du cycle féminin : par exemple du 8e au 21e jour.
